Yes, in order to dedicate the time needed for an in-depth custom design meeting you will need to book in through our booking app HERE

After inspection and approval by the MM team we may be able to work with your special heirloom gemstones from an existing piece. We work on a case by case basis with this.

We do not work with heirloom Opals as they are very fragile. We also do not work with new customer sourced stones or diamonds.

It varies but the normal turnaround is between 10-12 weeks once the perfect stone is chosen and design confirmed.

If we need to source a stone that is not in stock this can add extra time to the overall turnaround.

All of our parcels require a signature on delivery or they head to your local post office until you can collect in person. For international parcels Fedex will leave a card to organise re-delivery if no one is home. 

Firstly, double check your letter box for a delivery slip. If there isn’t one contact us to follow up with Aust Post or FedEx.

All of our pieces are made right here in Australia at the Meg Maskell boutique.

All Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery pieces are made with solid precious metals sourced from Australian suppliers.

Australian gold standards are 9ct/375 and 18ct/750, these are available in Rose, Yellow or White Gold. Both our 9ct and 18ct White Golds are high platinum content giving them a high white colour finish. All of our white gold pieces are also Rhodium plated.

Our Silver pieces are made with Nickel free Sterling Silver/925. We also work in Platinum & 14ct/585 Gold upon request.

No, all our pieces are either Solid Sterling Silver, Solid 9ct or Solid 18ct Rose, Yellow and White Gold.

Yes, we use 925 Nickel Free Sterling Silver.

Yes, we only use ethically sourced Gemstones and Diamonds in our pieces. Having built up a network of trusted suppliers both locally and overseas, ranging from local miners through to international diamond merchants, we only purchase from suppliers that share our values in ensuring the stones are ethically sourced.
