Thinking about your own bespoke custom piece?
Here's how we go about designing your bespoke piece from start to finish.
The bespoke process all really begins with a little bit of inspiration and imagination, we can help guide you from there. It can be as simple as knowing what colour stone you want, or you may have a complete design in mind. Often when people initially think of a bespoke piece, they may feel it will be an expensive exercise however we can work within all ranges of budgets.
Book an in person meeting with Meg at the boutique, or online via our phone/video meeting option. This is a no obligation chat, where we can begin discussing your ideas.
During your meeting we will discuss your design goals, metal and gemstone preferences to help us put together some initial sketches. We will also be able to give you some pricing estimates and the expected timeframe of making your piece.
We carry a huge range of ethically sourced coloured gemstones and GIA certified diamonds. If we don't have that one particular stone you are looking for, we will always find it.
From there we will do the final designs and quotes. We can also make any changes required at this point. If you are ready to go ahead with the design we then ask you to complete our order form and pay the 50% deposit required to start the piece.
Our team of talented craftspeople then make your piece right here in our onsite workshop.
The final finished piece is ready for you to enjoy, or give to that special someone. You can either collect the item in person or we can ship it to you. Resizing is also included in all of our custom pieces, so if the size isn't perfect, we will resize it free of charge.
