    4 claw slightly elevated setting allows for other rings to stack flush underneath.

  • Your choice of setting placement in either Star Shaped or Square on band.

  • Star shaped setting is pictured here in Rose & White Gold & square on band Setting is pictured in Yellow Gold.

  • Band thickness - 1.60mm Round Profile.

All of our pieces are made with solid precious metals sourced from Australian suppliers.

Australian metal standards are 9ct/375 and 18ct/750, these are available in Rose, Yellow or White Gold. We can also work in Platinum & 14ct/585 Gold upon request. All Sterling Silver items are made with Nickel free Silver. For more information about our metals please Click Here.
Sizing

All of our rings are sized using Australian & UK standard sizing. We can also easily make half sizes upon request.

Production

This piece is made to order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipping. If you require your item in a shorter time frame, please contact us at hello@megmaskell.com.au prior to ordering and we will do our best to assist you. This production time does not include shipping times.
Shipping

Shipping Within Australia:

We use Australia Post Express Registered Parcels with Signature on Delivery for all of our post within Australia. These items require you to be in attendance to receive the delivery, or they will be returned to your local post office for collection. Express Parcels normally take 1-3 business days depending on your location. Please be aware rural areas can take longer than normal. For further information please Click Here for our Shipping page.

International Shipping:

It doesn't matter where you are we can always ship to you. If you cannot find an option for your location in our checkout please contact us and will arrange shipping. Please note all it is the customers responsibility to pay for any customs duties or import charges that may be applied upon arrival into your state or country. Do you offer custom engagement rings and wedding bands?

Yes! We specialise in creating bespoke custom pieces like engagement rings, wedding bands and fine jewellery. When designing your dream ring we take into consideration your style, budget, and lifestyle. You can book a consultation to start designing your dream ring.

How long does it take to create a custom piece?

Custom engagement rings and wedding bands typically take 6 - 12weeks, depending on the piece. We'll always give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation.
What metals and gemstones do you offer?

We work with 9ct, 18ct gold (14ct available on request) and platinum, and a wide selection of gemstones including diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and more. For more information on our metals and gemstones, feel free to check out our Metals page, and our Gemstones and Diamonds page.

Can I see your jewellery in person?

Absolutely, we always welcome customers into our boutique to take a look at our Ready To Ship collection. If you’re looking for a more in depth conversation about crafting custom jewellery feel free to book an appointment to ensure a more personalised experience.

Do you offer ring resizing?

Yes, your first resize within 3 months of purchase is free. We can also resize any Ready To Ship ring prior to shipping, please just contact our team after purchase. After the first 3 months, we offer resizing for a fee on all Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery rings. Simply book a resizing appointment through our booking system.
Can I book a consultation online? Do you also offer virtual meetings?

Yes! Use our website to schedule a consultation at a time that suits you, whether it’s for a custom engagement ring, remodelling an heirloom piece or crafting a new custom fine jewellery piece. We also offer virtual meetings if you cannot make it to our boutique in person.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

All pieces that fall under our handmade range are completely handmade in house from start to finish using Australian supplied precious metals. The MM team prides themselves on using traditional methods of making jewellery, techniques that have been refined over many years and passed down through generations of jewellers. That being said we are also realistic in that modern tools certainly help make the job easier, our workshop is fully equipped with many of the latest tools in the jewellery industry, along with those who's designs haven't changed in hundreds of years.
