We use Australia Post Express Registered Parcels with Signature on Delivery for all of our post within Australia. These items require you to be in attendance to receive the delivery, or they will be returned to your local post office for collection. It doesn't matter where you are we can always ship to you. If you cannot find an option for your location in our checkout please contact us and will arrange shipping. Custom engagement rings and wedding bands typically take 6 - 12weeks, depending on the piece. We'll always give you a more accurate timeline during your consultation.

Yes, your first resize within 3 months of purchase is free. We can also resize any Ready To Ship ring prior to shipping, please just contact our team after purchase. After the first 3 months, we offer resizing for a fee on all Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery rings. Simply book a resizing appointment through our booking system.

OUR MANUFACTURING PROCESS

All pieces that fall under our handmade range are completely handmade in house from start to finish using Australian supplied precious metals. The MM team prides themselves on using traditional methods of making jewellery, techniques that have been refined over many years and passed down through generations of jewellers. That being said we are also realistic in that modern tools certainly help make the job easier, our workshop is fully equipped with many of the latest tools in the jewellery industry, along with those who's designs haven't changed in hundreds of years.
