Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery is happy to offer you a refund or exchange within 21 days of the purchase date if the product you receive is not as described.
Please ensure the product you are ordering is the correct one as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Where possible, Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery will offer to repair faulty items if returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
Customers are responsible for additional postage costs due unless the item is deemed faulty upon our inspection.
Please return with original packaging if possible and Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery suggests using a trackable/registered postage service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be held responsible for items that are lost during transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Refunds do not include shipping & handling costs.
WE WILL NOT OFFER REFUNDS/EXCHANGES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CIRCUMSTANCES:
1. You received the product that you asked for but simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
2. You misused a product in any way that caused the problem.
3. You knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product
4. You asked for a service to be done or a product to be made in a certain way, against the advice of Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery or were unclear about what you wanted
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as practicable. We can only offer refunds to the original card or method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com

Only post an item to Meg Maskell Fine Jewellery once you have contacted us and have received an item return number. To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO Box 55 HORNSBY NSW 2077
